📦 Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
- For hygiene reasons, custom items, sale items, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom artwork, custom designs, or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance items or promotional giveaways
- Worn or damaged items not caused by shipping issues
🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We will send a replacement or store credit after review
💲 Refunds
- Refunds are issued as store credit or back to the original payment method after inspection of returned merchandise
- Please allow 3–5 business days for return processing after we receive your item
- Shipping fees are non-refundable

🚚 Order Tracking

❗ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Inkaholicz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first, then email us for assistance.
- We will help file a claim if needed.
❗ Wrong Address Policy
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
- Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional shipping payment to be resent.
