📦 Returns & Exchanges

 

 

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
• For hygiene reasons, custom items, sale items, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

 

 

 

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

 

 

The following items cannot be returned:

 

• Custom artwork, custom designs, or personalized products
• Gift cards
• Clearance items or promotional giveaways
• Worn or damaged items not caused by shipping issues

 

 

 

 

 

🔁 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

 

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product:

 

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and photos of the issue
• We will send a replacement or store credit after review

 

 

 

 

 

💲 Refunds

 

 

• Refunds are issued as store credit or back to the original payment method after inspection of returned merchandise
• Please allow 3–5 business days for return processing after we receive your item
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

• Custom or made-to-order items may take 3–7 business days to process.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

🚚 Order Tracking

 

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

 

 

 

 

❗ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 

 

• Inkaholicz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
• If your order is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first, then email us for assistance.

❗ Wrong Address Policy

 

 

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
• Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
