    1) Deposits, Booking Fees, Cancellations

     

     

    • Deposits/booking fees are non-refundable. They reserve your appointment time and your artist’s schedule.

    • Reschedules: Deposit can be transferred one time to a new date if you give at least 48 hours notice (you can change this to 24/72).

    • Late / No-show: If you’re late beyond what we can work with or you don’t show, deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.

     

     

     

     

    2) Tattoo Services (No “Returns” on Tattoos)

     

     

    • All tattoo services are final sale. Once it’s on your body, it’s yours.

    • If you have concerns about how a tattoo healed, we’ll assess it in person.

     

     

     

    Touch-Up Policy (Recommended)

     

     

    • Free touch-ups for artist-related issues within 30–90 days (pick your window) of the original appointment.

    • Free touch-ups do not cover:

       

      • Poor aftercare, picking/scabbing

      • Sun damage/tanning beds

      • Fading from lotions/chemicals/chlorine

      • Normal healing variation on hands/fingers/feet/inner lip or other “high-wear” areas

      • Cover-ups or design changes (“I changed my mind” is not a defect)

       

    • Touch-ups may require a booking deposit (applied to the touch-up appointment).

     

     

     

     

    3) Piercing Services

     

     

    • Piercing service fees are non-refundable once the piercing is performed.

    • If you believe there’s a problem, come back ASAP and we’ll check it. (Do not “fix it” yourself. Humans stay undefeated at making things worse.)

     

     

     

     

    4) Jewelry Returns & Exchanges (Hygiene Rules)

     

     

    Because jewelry involves holes in bodies, we keep it strict.

     

    • No returns or exchanges on opened/used jewelry for health and safety reasons.

    • Unopened, unused jewelry may be returned or exchanged within 7 days with receipt and original packaging.

    • Manufacturer defects: If jewelry is defective, we will replace it within 14 days (or per manufacturer warranty) after inspection.

     

     

     

     

    5) Aftercare Products (Soap, Balm, etc.)

     

     

    • Unopened and unused aftercare items can be returned within 14 days with receipt.

    • Opened items are final sale.

     

     

     

     

    6) Merchandise & Apparel (Shirts, Hoodies, Prints)

     

     

    • Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • Custom or made-to-order items are final sale (including custom prints, personalized merch).

    • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is our error.

     

     

     

     

    7) Gift Cards

     

     

    • Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

    • Treat gift cards like cash: lost/stolen cards may not be replaceable.

    • Gift cards do not expire unless required by law (safe wording for compliance).

     

     

     

     

    8) Refund Method

     

     

    • Approved refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original payment method.

    • Exchanges may be offered instead of refunds depending on the item category above.
